Birthday Post – 2015 Time Capsule

It’s been three years, since I originally planned to start this sort of birthday post. (read as: steal from Chris Hanna) I think it’s a really fun exercise in memory and “stat keeping.” So thanks to anyone who took the time to send me some well wishes on the anniversary of my great fallopian escape!

Birthday breakfast: Egg white omelette with green peppers, mushrooms and onion. Served with a black coffee.

Price of gas: $0.994/litre.

In my Amazon cart:

Current job(s):  CSR at Manulife, Host of Rowdy Wrestling and 2 Guys, Movies & a Mic

No. 1 album on the Billboard 200: 25 – Adele.

No. 1 song on the Billboard 100: “Hello” – Adele… Ugh. I really am so detached from the current trends in music. I’m still rocking old Bon Jovi and Pennywise.

No. 1 movie at the North American B.O.: For the third week in a row: The Hungergames – Mockingjay Part2. Eventhough I host a film review podcast I have yet to watch this flick. I intend on continuing that trend. I saw the first and was turned off. I’m just not a fan of super depressing shit and kids killing each other.

Currently reading: Yes!: My Improbable Journey to the Main Event of WrestleMania by Daniel Bryan)

I consider myself an expert at: meal-prep. Eat all the chickens

I wish I were more/less: more able to say no to unhealthy food/less likely to binge on it if I do have a taste.

Goal for Year 27: Travel outside of Canada at least twice and hopefully buy a house.

I spent the day: Working that grind. It’s a Wednesday this year so there wasn’t all the much I could have done to avoid that; at least morally. I was absolutely spoiled by everyone around me with sweets and sweet gifts. Proof is in the spam-ton of instagram pictures I posted to thank/show off to everyone. This was followed by a lovely little supper with the famjam and a huge Oreo cheesecake.
